Hello Athletes!
Happy Holidays! We are looking forward to seeing you next week. In this athlete letter you will find information that is helpful for the Canadian Freeskiing Championships at Revelstoke.
Registration
Registration will take place at the Mid-Mountain Lodge on Wednesday for all athletes and Thursday for prequalified athletes. Revelation Gondola, a seven-minute ride from the base of Nelsen Lodge, accesses Mid-Mountain Lodge. To load the gondola, you must obtain a free wristband from the Nelsen Lodge by signing a waiver. The wristband will grant you access to load the gondola to Mid Mountain Lodge only. You can purchase lift tickets at registration.
As a key reminder, athletes must have health insurance to compete in any Subaru Freeskiing World Tour event. Please have a copy of your insurance card with you, you will need to leave this copy with Revelstoke Mountain Resort at registration.
At registration you will receive an event credential. Please do not lose your credential; you will not receive a replacement. This credential will yield you access to events, parties, and discounts during the event.

Hello everyone!
The IFSA is excited to get the 2010 season off to a huge start. Event registration goes live tomorrow Dec 8th, 2009. Events will fill up fast so be ready!
the season will kick off with 2 huge events that will draw the best of freeskiing to Canada. The Canadian Freeskiing Championships returns at Revelstoke, BC. The 2nd stop of the FWT will attract the top athletes of the tour as they work to earn points for the "McConkey Cup".

| CRYSTAL MT. AND RED MT. BOAST WORLD TOUR QUALIFICATION STATUS! |

The Silver King Mountain Challenge at Crystal Mt. Washington March 5-8th and the Canadian Open Freeskiing Championships at Red Mt., Jan 14-18th are now officially IFSA World Tour Qualifying events.
These two respected and long running events have always been favorites among athletes for many years.

The Columbia Freeride Les Arcs, and the first stop on the 2007 IFSA Freeskiing World Tour is coming! February 5-11 Les Arcs, France will host the worlds best Big Mountain Freeskiers as they return to compete for money and a shot at a world title.

| COLUMBIA FREERIDE LES ARCS!! REGISTRATION OPENS DEC 10TH |
|
Hello Freeskiers of the world! registration for the Columbia Freeride Les Arcs will open on Dec 10th. Due to some technical problems with the Happyride.org web site registration had to be delayed. Log on to www.happyride.org on the 10th and get registered for stop #1 on the IFSA World Tour of Freeskiing. We are all praying for Europe to get the snow it is famous for and anticipating an amazing February!
If you haven't noticed, things look a little different. Please get registered as a user on our site and add stories and info about events and happenings around our world of freeskiing.

| BIG MOUNTAIN HELI RIDE! Stop #2 of the IFSA World Tour of Freeskiing |
|
Hello all! The 2nd stop on the IFSA World Tour will take place February 21-25. This will truely be one of the most exciting events for athletes on our tour this year. Formerly the Verbier Ride\'s Big Mountain discipline, the Big Mountain Heli Ride will take place at 4 Vallees, in Valais, Switzerland. Those not pre qualified will compete in the lift-accessed qualifier on the 22nd. the main event will utilize terrain only accessable by Heli.
Athletes will be based in Verbier for check-in, meetings and parties. Every day athletes will board two coach busses to deliver them to the event helispot. Check-in is the 21st with competition beginning on the 22nd. Its going to be huge so don\'t miss out!
ONLINE REGISTRATION:
Registration opens Monday, Novemebr 20th. This is different from my previous info so please make a note of it and get registered early. ENTRY FEE: Day 1 $60 Day 2 $60 Day 3 tbc and Day 4 tbc.
