JUNIOR Event Map

2021 Sugarbush Freeski Challege IFSA Junior Regional 2*

On March 12, 2021

This 2021 Series event is subject to change!
We encourage you to check back often for updates, schedule changes, registration dates, etc. Additional information will be added promptly, as it is made available to the IFSA Administrative Team. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Per Vermont’s current COVID Competition Guidelines,
this event is only for those athletes currently residing in Vermont.
All athletes must complete a COVID Health Prescreening on comp day.

We would like to cordially extend registration for our March 12 Sugarbush Junior Regional to athletes in Vermont who have already collected 3 IFSA Junior Regional Series finishes this season. We've got ample space in our Sugarbush event and have decided to allow Vermonters to participate in a 4th event if they choose.

Please note that if you do collect a 4th finish at Sugarbush, it will essentially be a 'Friendly' comp, and no ranking points will be added. Recall that the best TWO of an athlete's first THREE Regional Series finishes are used to calculate your IFSA Overall Ranking. If Sugarbush is your 4th event, no points will be earned.

We've also added snowboarding divisions, so we hope to see our VT shredders GET SOME!

We know it's been such a tough season, so we thought it would be nice to allow athletes who have collected three finishes to utilize a fourth Sugarbush start as a 'Friendly.' We know how awesome it is to see your Freeride friends on the slopes and we hope to see you there!

  • As in years past, it will be mandatory for coaches to be in possession of a 2021 IFSA Coach Membership and hold a current L100 or L200 certification.
  • If you are unsure on your certification status, contact the IFSA Admin Team: Contact Us
  • New for 2021: it will now be mandatory for coaches to also register on The Driven for any IFSA Junior events they plan to attend. There is no registration fee, however registration is compulsory if coaches plan to attend. Coaches who HAVE NOT registered will not be granted ticketing benefits or access to the event or venue. Please help keep events running smoothly by completing registration on The Driven.
